We are a privately owned and operated manufacturer with ties reaching back to the 1960s.  Our roots are steeped in the renowned S & S Mining Machinery company through the ‘60s and ‘70s and later with Simmons-Rand companies in the ‘80s and ‘90s.

We are very proud of the rich heritage of the Simmons name in mining equipment, and we take great pride in building on that legacy of quality and innovation.
